At Assouline, we strive for perfection in every luxury edition; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all books and lifestyle accessories remain in their original shrink-wrap and protective packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Assouline shipping box, ensuring the protective corners are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
